Team Meetings

This week, we had a dedicated time for a class team meeting every day! It was great fun to get in touch with each other during this time! This week, we discussed the new Star Sticks for Star Students program, our homework routines (and possible changes needed to make the routine more successful), taking personal responsibility for becoming a leader (Leaders are responsible for our thoughts, actions, and attitudes and never play the blame game!), and our social contract (how it is working and if changes needed to be made). At the end of today's session, we had our friendship circle where we shared what was an experience or new learning that we appreciated from our week of team meetings... the comments were fantastic! From listening, I could tell that many of our meeting topics were already beginning to be internalized! We are so proud of you, fourth graders!
