In math this morning, we made a square foot by putting together square inches. We found out that there are 144 square inches in one square foot. Next, we found the area of our hand in square inches. Most of us had hands of 13-16 square inches. Next, we estimated how many square inches of skin we had by using the rule of thumb: we have about 100 times of skin area as our hand area. Interesting, huh?!
