We visited with Mrs. Hipp's class this afternoon to read, "Pracing, Dancing, Lily" by Marsha Diane Arnold. She is the author who will be visiting our school after spring break. We read the story aloud...all the way until the last two pages...then we stopped!
Students were asked to form small groups and write their own ending to the story. They wrote and illustrated pages which will be bound together into a book for display when she visits.
"Dear Mamoo (and the herd too)" was how most of them began. How did your story ending go?
